Shipping Processing Times

Our current order processing times are typically same-business-day for orders placed before the carrier collection cutoff (usually around 1–2 PM PST at our fulfillment center in Vista, California).
Orders placed after that time will be processed the following business day.

Please allow additional time in transit during U.S. federal holidays, severe weather, courier service disruptions, or other unforeseen delays beyond Pearli’s control.

Shipping Methods (estimated delivery times)

We ship using USPS Ground Advantage from California. The typical delivery time is 2 to 5 business days.

  • Shorter distances (e.g. within the same region) often land on the 2–3 day side of that window.

  • Longer hauls (cross‑country) may hit 4–5 business days.

  • Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or very remote areas can take longer than 5 days.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number should be active within 48 hours of receipt of the email. If you have not received an order tracking update within 3 business days, please contact us at support@trypearli.com

Damages
Pearli will replace orders that have been damaged during the shipping process. If you’ve received a product that is non-working due to damage during shipping, please contact our Customer Service team within 3 business days of receiving your order.

Lost or Stolen Orders
Pearli accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen items that have been confirmed as successfully delivered by the courier.
